Jane Creswell is an innovator and leader in the emerging field of internal corporate coaching. She leveraged 17 years of product development and management experience at IBM to invent the role of "Organization Coach" and become the founder of IBM Coaches Network - a network of almost 200 coaches in 8 countries. At IBM, she focused her organization on achieving extraordinary results by individual coaching of the leaders at all levels of the organization. The members of that organization became the core members of a spin-off company where Ms. Creswell was Vice President of Organization Development. In addition to being "the coach" for the company, she led her staff to develop human resource processes that foster a coaching culture within a company.

Currently, Ms. Creswell is utilizing those experiences to help corporations worldwide wanting to establish a long-term, self-sustaining system of internal coaching and reap the benefits of a coaching culture. Her focus is on helping leaders make the high impact transition from merely influencing others to developing excellent leaders who develop excellent leaders. She describes excellent leaders as "those who embody deep personal humility and fierce resolve, influencing success which is felt long after they move on". Her work can be characterized as maximizing the strengths and knowledge of individuals for the benefit of both the person and the organization.

Ms. Creswell enjoys speaking at conferences to inspire other corporate coaches and corporate employees. Recent conference presentations include:
